This blueberry protein smoothie bowl will give you the start you need in the morning.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a slice tray (18 x 28cm).
In a large bowl cream the butter and the sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the egg mixture.
Gently fold in the yogurt.
Pour half the mixture into the greased slice tray.
In a separate bowl, mix the raisins and cinnamon together. Sprinkle over the mixture in the tray.
Cover with the other half of the mixture and bake for 40-50 minutes.
Allow to cool, then cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.
