Spiced Vanilla Rice Pudding

  • ⅔ cup medium grain rice
  • 4 star anise
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Pinch salt
  • 700 ml milk
  • ½ cup EasiYo Vanilla yogurt


Place rice, star anise, honey and salt in a pan on a medium heat. Cover with milk and bring to a gentle boil.

Turn the heat down and simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the mixture is thick and creamy, remove from heat and stir through the yogurt.

Remove the star anise before serving with an extra drizzle of honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
