Find a recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a large, shallow ovenproof dish.
Dry the potato slices thoroughly with clean paper towels.
Layer them in the dish placing a little butter in between each layer.
Whisk together the yogurt and cream and pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with the pepper and grated cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until tender and golden.
