This blueberry protein smoothie bowl will give you the start you need in the morning.

Blitz almonds, coconut and dates in a food processor until finely chopped. Whilst the processor is still running, drizzle in the honey, water and add the salt. Process until the mixture begins to stick together adding more water if needed.
Line a loaf tin 12cm by 22cm with baking paper. Pour in mixture and using the back of a spoon, press down until firmly packed. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Evenly pour over the yogurt and shake the tin gently to settle evenly. Place in freezer to set for 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer and slice into bars.
Serve semi thawed with finely grated lime zest to finish.
Variations: You can adapt this recipe to use any of our EasiYo yogurt flavours.
