EasiYo Yogurt to serve
Simmer the dried fruit with water, cinnamon, anise, honey and orange peel until glossy and syrupy.
Cereal biscuits Method
Place the egg whites in a large bowl with caster sugar in the muesli and beat until white and foamy. Stir in the muesli and mix until well coated.
Place spoonfuls on a lined baking tray and spread out into even circles with the back of a spoon. Bake at 170°C for 8-12 minutes or until golden.
Let cool and set then store in an air tight container for up to a week.
Serve your favourite EasiYo yogurt with a good spoonful of compote and a cereal biscuit on the side.
