This blueberry protein smoothie bowl will give you the start you need in the morning.

Cut cucumber into 5cm long batons. Add cucumbers to a colander and toss with salt and sugar. Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix onion and garlic with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
When 30 minutes has passed, gently squeeze cucumbers dry with paper towels, and add to a clean bowl. Add onion and garlic mix (don't drain), fresh dill, and walnuts to the bowl with cucumbers.
Whisk together dressing ingredients, and toss throughout the cucumber salad, coating well, or drizzle over just before serving.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for later.
