Berry Chia Seed Pudding

Serves 4



  • 2 cup EasiYo Greek Style Raspberry Yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 4 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Raspberries, blueberries or boysenberries to serve


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes before mixing again.
  3. Divide the mixture between four jars or glasses, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with fresh berries of your choice as a decadent breakfast or refreshing dessert.
