This blueberry protein smoothie bowl will give you the start you need in the morning.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Melt butter in an oven proof pan over a medium heat. Add onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add asparagus and cook for 3 minutes and toss through spinach.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, feta, EasiYo Greek Style Unsweetened yogurt and parsley.
Pour mixture into the pan and sprinkle with parmesan before seasoning with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes before transferring to the oven to cook for a further 15-20 minutes.
Allow frittata to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
