Raspberry Baked Oats

  • 40g Oats
  • 1 large size egg 
  • 100g EasiYo Greek Style Raspberry yogurt
  • 50g Raspberries Fresh Or Frozen
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract



Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan forced oven)

Whisk the egg. Then add all other ingredients listed and mix well.

Add To Oven Proof Ramekin & Bake until firm and golden in colour approximately 25-30 minutes 

Serve with additional fruit and yogurt
