  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large bowl mix flour, yogurt, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt together.

  3. Melt Butter and add to the mixture.

  4. Add Baking soda and mix together.

  5. Stir in the raspberries and white chocolate into the batter until just combined.  Don't over mix or the muffins may become chewy.

  6. Pour muffin mixture into a greased muffin tray.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
