Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl mix flour, yogurt, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and coconut together.
Melt Butter and add to the mixture.
Add Baking soda and mix together.
Mash the bananas and add them to the batter until just combined. Don't over mix or the muffins may become chewy.
Pour muffin mixture into a greased muffin tray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
