Post workout smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup EasiYo Protein Coconut Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric

Method

Place the peeled banana into the blender.  Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and serve immediately
